★ Can I control these LED lights with my phone?
Yes! You will have full control via Bluetooth with the Happy Lighting smart phone App. No need for a remote!
★ Can I connect the strands together?
No, we do not offer connector components so each strip must have its own power source.
★ Are these safe for outdoors?
No, these LED strips are not waterproof. Not intended for use in weather-exposed areas.
★ How do I install the LEDs?
Self-adhesive backing attaches to TVs, cabinets or other places for quick custom lighting. HIDEit LED Strip Lights work with 5V 2A USB Power. We recommend plugging the light strip directly into a game console or wall outlet to ensure the lights function properly. WARNING - DO NOT CUT THE STRIP WHILE POWERED OR CONNECTED TO THE USB ADAPTER! Doing so can result in SHOCK and damage to the strip, TV or your game console.
★ The LEDs are blinking blue or not connecting, how do I fix this?
This means that the LED light strip doesn’t have enough power to stay on, so you will have to switch to a different power source with more power, such as a game console.
★ Why won’t the LEDs turn on at all?
In order for the LED strip to turn on, the QR code on the Bluetooth controller needs to face up, away from the adhesive side of the light strip.
★ Do the LEDs sync to music?
LEDs are able to sync to Apple Music, but some Android devices may not be able to support music/color syncing.
