We want you to love our products. We strive to create raving fans and customers for life. But, sometimes things change. If you ordered the wrong size, we'll exchange it.

What's your exchange policy?
If you ordered the wrong mount, we would be happy to exchange it for you within 10 days of delivery date. Just fill out our exchange request form to let us know which mount you need. After you submit your request form, just print your return label + send the item back, then place your new order on our website. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your original order.
What's your return policy?
It varies depending on when you placed your order and the condition of your return (determined at our discretion). Bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

*Return labels are only provided for US orders within 30 days. Label cost is deducted from refund.
  • Item in New Condition? Return in 30 days for a refund of your product purchase price, less original + return shipping. After 30 days there is a 30% restocking fee.
  • Item New but not in Original Packaging? Returns in 30 days are charged a 30% restocking fee, over 30 days are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed + show in your account. Unforeseen delays are possible due to banks holding funds. Reach out to your bank for more info.
What if I didn’t buy directly from your website?
For returns, please contact the retailer website that you purchased from. For exchanges, we’re happy to help just click the "START AN EXCHANGE” button.
Can I return an item that’s been used?
We accept returns of items in new condition. We do not offer an upgrade program or accept returns for a replacement order. If you spray paint your mount hot pink, please don’t try to return it (that has happened).
