What's your exchange policy?
If you ordered the wrong mount, we would be happy to exchange it for you. Just fill out our exchange request form to let us know which mount you need. After we process your request, we will send you an invoice for the new mount + shipping. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your original order.
What if I didn’t buy directly from your website?
For returns, please contact the retailer website that you purchased from. For exchanges, we’re happy to help just click the “START AN EXCHANGE” button.
Can I return an item that’s been used?
We accept returns of items in new condition. We do not offer an upgrade program. If you spray paint your mount hot pink, please don’t try to return it (that has happened).
What's your return policy?
It varies depending on when you placed your order and the condition of your return (determined at our discretion). Bulk orders may be subject to a restocking fee.
*Return labels are only provided for US orders. Cost is deducted from refund.
How soon will I receive my refund?
Item in New Condition? Return in 30 days for a refund of your product purchase price, less return shipping. After 30 days there is a 30% restocking fee.
Item New but not in Original Packaging? Returns in 30 days are charged a 30% restocking fee, over 30 days are subject to a 60% restocking fee.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed + show in your account. Unforeseen delays are possible due to banks holding funds. Reach out to your bank for more info.
