What if I didn’t buy directly from your website?
For returns, please contact the retailer you purchased from. For exchanges, we’re happy to help just click start an exchange.
Can I return an item that’s been used?
We only accept returns of items in new condition, determined at our discretion. We do not offer an upgrade program. If you spray paint your mount hot pink, please don’t try to return it (that has happened).
Exchange Policy
If you ordered the wrong mount, we would be happy to exchange it for you within 10 days of delivery.

     1. Click start an exchange and complete the exchange request form.
     2. Follow the prompts to print your return label + send the item back.
     3. Place a new order for the correct mount on our website*. 

Once the returned item is received, we will refund the product purchase price on your original order. Shipping is an incurred cost and non-refundable, however we do provide a complimentary return label for exchanges.

*If a new order is not placed, we will process as a return and deduct the cost of return label.

Return Policy
Return within 30 days for a refund of your product purchase price, less original + return shipping. After 30 days there is a 30% restocking fee and refunds are processed as store credit.

     3. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refund to be processed.

*Return labels are only provided for US orders within 30 days. Label cost is deducted from refund.
