What if I didn’t buy directly from your website?
For returns, please contact the retailer website that you purchased from. For exchanges, we’re happy to help just click the “START AN EXCHANGE” button.
Can I return an item that’s been used?
We accept returns of items in “like new” condition at our discretion, so please reach out. If you spray paint your mount hot pink, please don’t try to return it (that has happened).
How soon will I receive my refund?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed + show in your account. Unforeseen delays are possible due to banks holding funds. Reach out to your bank for more info.
What's your exchange policy?
If you ordered the wrong mount, we would be happy to exchange it for you. Just fill out our exchange request form to let us know which mount you need. Exchanges are charged for the exchange shipping + return label* and the process is quick + easy.
What’s your return policy?
Returns within 30 days receive a full refund, excluding shipping. We will provide a return label* and deduct the cost from your refund, making the process quick + easy for you. Returns after 30 days, items not in "like new" condition or bulk orders will be charged a 30% restocking fee.
For Amazon orders: All returns need to be processed with Amazon. However we are happy help with an exchange if you need one!
