Please remember that initial shipping cost is non-refundable and return shipping labels are complimentary for US exchanges within 10 days. Returns shipping label cost is deducted from return refunds.

Once the returned item is received, we will refund the product purchase price on your original order.

Place a replacement order for the correct item from our website. If your Replacement Order is not placed when we process your returned item, we will treat it as a Return.

Need help finding the correct item?

1. Pack the item(s) you're returning, in original packaging.

2. Include a copy of your Packing Slip with Order Number.

3. Remove or cover prior shipping labels and ensure bar code is legible.

4. Pre-Paid UPS Label: Drop off with your local UPS Store.

If you are not eligible to generate a pre-paid label, use a ship method that offers tracking. We are not responsible for lost returns without shipment tracking.
