Attach device to VESA Bar.

Remove one TV mount bolt.
Place washer between bar + TV mount.

Attach VESA Bar to TV Mount

Attach VESA Bar to TV Mount

Place VESA bar and washer behind OR on top of TV Mount.
Attach with bolt.
