SHIPPING + HANDLING

Orders placed before 10am PST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 10am or outside of normal business hours will ship the next business day. YAY for short handling times and high-five to our Warehouse Team!

Well, it depends! Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order, shipping location and shipping speed. The most accurate (and easiest) way to see your shipping cost is to add the products you want to purchase to your cart and enter your shipping location in the shipping rates calculator.

It depends on which shipping option you choose!

•  Free Economy Shipping on U.S. orders over $35 (8-12 Business Days)

•  Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)

•  Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days)

We have several International Shipping options available. The easiest way to see the options available for your location, is to add the products you want to purchase to your cart and enter your shipping location in the shipping rates calculator.

Yeah, you heard us right. On U.S. orders over $35, shipping is FREE! Free shipping really is the best kind.

If you love saving things for last minute and need your order ASAP, please contact us and we can look into faster shipping options and costs for you! (Beware: Overnight shipping ain’t cheap!)

As long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse, you’re in luck! Just reach out to us. If it has left our warehouse, you’ll just have to wait. The anticipation won’t kill you.

You sure can! Just reach out to us in advance so we don’t charge you for shipping.

YES, YES and YES! We ship all over the world. Australia? Denmark? Madagascar? Nuketown? Spawn Island? Yeah, we ship there too. Please note that we do our best to keep International Shipping costs low (we analyze them daily). We know it’s expensive. We wish it weren’t.

If you already placed your order and there is a small error or you need to change the shipping address to match the billing address, we would be happy to fix it for you, just reach out to us! If you want to change the shipping address to be different from the billing address, we will have to cancel and re-place the order for your fraud protection. After cancelling the first order, you can re-place the order directly through our website or we can send you an invoice!

ORDER TRACKING

Just head over to the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order shipped; the tracking number is included. If you “accidentally” deleted the tracking email, reach out to us and we can resend your order tracking number to the same email address used to place your order! (Just in case you aren’t you).

First take a deep breath. Double check your mailbox. Then triple check. Make sure your neighbor didn’t steal it out of jealousy. If you still can’t locate it, don’t worry! Contact your local carrier to see if a package has been left for you. In certain cases, the parcel may be mis-delivered to a neighbor or nearby address and just needs a little extra time to find its way into your hands. If you are not able to locate your package, please reach out to us directly!

PAYMENT + ORDERS

Please reach out to us directly (ASAP!). We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. (No, we do not accept hugs or BitCoin as valid forms of payment).

EXCHAGES + RETURNS

Returns within 30 days will receive a full refund, excluding International Shipping and Guaranteed Delivery Fees. Returns after 30 days of delivery date, items that are not in “like new” condition and all bulk orders will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Returns after 60 days will receive store credit. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. To fill out our return form click here.

If you ordered the wrong mount, we would be happy to exchange it for you. Just fill out our exchange request form (to let us know which mount you need), ship the wrong mount back to us with your order number, and email info@hideitmounts.com with the tracking number for the return. Once we confirm the order is on its way back to us, we will ship out the correct mount to you! Please note, if there is a price difference between the mounts we will invoice or refund you the difference.

We will accept returns of items in “like new” condition at our discretion, so please reach out to us. If you spray paint your mount hot pink, please don’t try to return it (yes, that has happened).

Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and show in your account.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Nope. We’ve built an entire company around a product that actually destroys devices and game consoles. We’re kidding. Yes, the mounts are safe if installed correctly (which isn’t hard to do).

Just guess. Or use our Mount Finder. You can also search by your device’s name or model number on our website. If no results show, feel free to reach out to us and we can help you find the correct mount!

Yes, but it depends on the device and the setup. Under-desk or under-cabinet mounting can block airflow that is needed to cool some devices, so double check your devices’ vents won’t be blocked. Also, depending on the depth of the desk or cabinet, you may have to purchase additional screws that are shorter than the ones provided. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions about under-desk or under-cabinet mounting!

For the Original Xbox One you’ll need our HIDEit Uni-MW. Please note that the OG Xbox One disc drive was not equipped to play while vertical, so if you mount your Original Xbox One, you’ll have to switch to downloaded content. Or don’t. But please do. Here’s why.

ASSEMBLY + INSTALLATION

Absolutely! We know not everyone is a DIYer, so we have an Installer Locator just for you! Just enter your zip code and the #HIDEitPros in your area will come up! So you can sit back, relax and drink your drink while your mounts are installed!

Glass? You’re kidding. To install our mounts in concrete, brick or stone, you’ll need to purchase the correct mounting hardware for each type of surface.

VESA mounting utilizes the four holes on the back of a TV or monitor, instead of wall mounting. If your TV is already wall mounted, you can use our VESA Adapter with our other mounts to VESA mount your devices. Most of our mounts can be VESA mounted directly to the back of a display, but check each mount to ensure it is VESA compatible. You can read more here.

HARDWARE + MATERIALS

Drywall screws and anchors. Some mounts come with special screws (oooh ahhh). See each product for specific details.

Black screws aren’t made from the same high quality materials as our silver screws and the black coating is more prone to rusting. To ensure our mounts and hardware last you a long time, we stick with high quality materials!

The drywall anchors provided with our mounts are rated for 25lbs each, more than the weight of most devices and consoles. Our mounts come with 2-4 drywall anchors depending on the mount, so you can be sure that your devices are secure. See each product for specific details on the hardware included.

Heavy metal. More specifically, most of our mounts are made from 16 gauge steel, while several are made from heavier gauge steel. See each product for specific details.

All of our mounts are designed in the good ol' US of A and the majority of our mounts are manufactured here as well!

We recommend a fully articulating TV wall mount to ensure there is enough room to install the mounts and devices! Or, if you like being difficult, you can use a slim or tilting TV mount, but you’ll have to install our mounts prior to mounting the TV (and double check your devices will fit behind the TV with enough room to breathe).

It pains us to have to answer this. No, we do not sell the actual consoles. Just the mounts. Plus, if we did sell the consoles, it would be for more than $30…

Not really. The Original Xbox One is the only console that cannot play discs while vertical. If you want to mount your OG Xbox vertically, you’ll have to switch to downloaded content or go vertical at your own risk. All other consoles can be played while vertical with no issue.

No, your console doesn’t suddenly turn into a DJ table once you place it vertically. Unless you have an OG Xbox One, then yes it does.

Nope, but there are a couple factors to consider here. First, you have to think about the heat from the devices, then you have to think about the heat from the TV. Having the devices mounted behind the TV actually allows the hot air from the devices to rise and dissipate much easier than a traditional media cabinet (which locks in hot air). Most modern TVs are energy efficient and don’t put out too much hot air, so TV heat isn’t an issue. Usually, yes. Bluetooth remotes don’t require line of sight and IR remote signals can bounce off walls and generally still reach the cable box. We can't speak for all when we say your remote will work, however it DOES work in the majority of setups. We suggest that you test your setup to be sure. Worst case, you can purchase an IR Extender for as low as $10. For a more in-depth explanation click here.

To test your signal, hold the cable box where you want to mount it and have a friend try the remote. If you don’t have any friends, well, you can always purchase an IR extender.
