#afterHIDEit Contest: Official Rules

1. Sponsor. The contest is sponsored by HIDEit Mounts, 748 S. Meadows Pkwy, Suite A-9 #609, Reno, Nevada 89521 ("Sponsor").

2. Agreement to these rules. By entering or voting, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.

3. Eligibility. Open to anyone 18 or older who purchased HIDEit products on hideitmounts.com or from HIDEit Mounts on Amazon. There is no residency restriction. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter. (a) Submit photos or video of your HIDEit setup in one of three ways: a product review on hideitmounts.com with photos or video attached; a social media post tagged #afterHIDEit and @hideitmounts; or an email to after@hideitmounts.com. (b) Every entry must include a valid order number, email address or social media account where Sponsor can reach you. Purchases made on Amazon must be entered by email to after@hideitmounts.com and include the Amazon order number. (c) One entry per setup. Photos and video must be your own, of your own setup, and real: no AI-generated or composited images. (d) Entries must feature HIDEit products. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not show HIDEit products, that prominently features competing mounting or display products, that is not the entrant's own, or that contains offensive content. (e) Reviews with photos or video are entered automatically, regardless of star rating.

5. Entry period. Each month is its own contest. Entries received by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of the month count for that month; later entries count toward the next month. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

6. Finalists. At the start of each month, Sponsor selects four finalists from the prior month's eligible entries, judged on photo and video quality and how well the setup showcases HIDEit products. Sponsor may ask for proof of purchase, such as an order number, before naming a finalist or awarding a prize. Sponsor contacts each finalist before voting opens. A person may be a finalist up to three times.

7. Voting. Voting opens on the second Wednesday of the month and closes at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the following Monday. Finalists are posted on Sponsor's Instagram and Facebook accounts and may also be posted on TikTok, X and YouTube. Vote by commenting on a finalist post as instructed in that post. The finalist with the most valid votes across all posts wins. If there is a tie, Sponsor will decide the outcome. Sponsor may disqualify votes it believes are automated, duplicated or fraudulent.

8. Prizes. Winner: if the winning setup is from a purchase made within 12 months before the end of the entry month, a refund of that order's purchase price up to $150, or a $150 HIDEit e-gift card; if the purchase is older, $100 in HIDEit store credit. Voter prize: each month, one voter is selected at random from all valid votes and receives a $50 HIDEit gift card. No purchase is necessary to vote; odds depend on the number of valid votes. One prize per person and per household per month; a person who has won the winner prize cannot win it again. Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or substituted except by Sponsor. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

9. Notification and announcement. Sponsor contacts the winner and the voter-prize winner after voting closes. A winner who does not respond within 10 days may forfeit the prize. Sponsor announces the winner after the prize has been processed, typically on the Wednesday after voting closes.

10. Use of entries. By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce and share your entry on its website, social channels, email and marketing, credited by first name and last initial or by your social handle. You confirm you own the entry and have permission from anyone shown in it.

11. Privacy. Personal information is used to run the contest and contact winners, as described in Sponsor's privacy policy. Winners' first names and last initials or social handles may be published.

12. Limitation of liability. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the contest, or by any technical or human error that may occur in processing submissions. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.

13. Platform disclaimer. This contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X or YouTube. You are providing your information to Sponsor, not to those platforms.
