★ Which holes patterns do I use?
The left and right hole patterns are for side installation where the ports will face either left or right. The back hole pattern is for flush install where the ports will face away from the wall.

★ Why can't my standard screwdriver reach during install?
We recommend using an extended screwdriver to reach the screws to avoid angling your screwdriver during install. This ensures the screws are flat and won't damage the device.

★ Is this mount compatible with the XB7?
No. This mount is custom designed to fit the Xfinity XB6. The XB7 is a different shape and won't fit properly. Be sure to check out our wall mount for the XB7.

    Fits like a glove 👍🏽

    This hideout mount for the xfinity XB6 modem fits like a glove and the thin design is sturdy. I didn’t have a long or angled screw driver so when installing it got to a point where I thought the screw heads were going to strip but that’s a me problem. I had looked on Amazon for wall mounts for this gateway but I didn’t find anything specific only universal wall platforms or for the other xfinity gateway so this was worth it 100%, now I just need to work on cable management.

    Precision Fit

    With the HIDEit XB6 I’m able to raise the router much higher than a shelf or tabletop in order to maximize signal coverage throughout my home. The design is custom fit for the design of my router and offers multiple mounting angles to accommodate.
