Are your mounts easy to install?

For most, it takes about 5-10 minutes to install a HIDEit Mount. You’ll need a drill and 3/16” drill bit, screw driver, level and stud finder.

What International shipping options do you offer (including Canada)? Where do you ship?

United States Postal Service – First-Class Mail® International available for 4 pounds and under
(most small mounts are 1 pound, most large mounts are 4 pounds)
- Estimated Delivery Time: Varies by destination, typically 3-6 weeks (clearing Customs may cause delays)
- Tracking not available

United States Postal Service – Priority Mail® International
- Estimated Delivery Time: 8-12 business days for most countries (clearing Customs may cause delays)
- Includes tracking to major destinations

Using USPS, we are able to ship to more than 190 countries.

HIDEit Mounts is not responsible for any Taxes charged by the receiving country. 

How are your shipping charges calculated? How do I determine my shipping charges before placing my order?

Shipping charges are determined by the type of shipping method, delivery location, and weight of the product(s) ordered.

You can place the items in your shopping cart, enter in your zip code or country, then recalculate.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis, but shipments will only be made once a payment has cleared. Please email us at customerservice@hideitmounts.com for exceptions.

Do you offer bulk discounts? I operate a business and am interested in carrying HIDEit Mounts. How do I get started?

If you are looking to purchase more than 10 units or would like to carry our products to compliment your existing business, please contact us via email customerservice@hideitmounts.com or phone at (949) 682-9796.  For some products, we have retail-friendly packaging.

I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

Please first reference the emailed tracking information to determine the status and location of your package. If you need further assistance, please email us at customerservice@hideitmounts.com for help.

My order has arrived but has been damaged in transit? What should I do? What happens next?

Please contact us within 15 days of receipt via email at customerservice@hideitmounts.com. Please include a detailed description of the condition of your mounts, your contact information, and order number. We may ask for a digital photo of the damage for insurance purposes.

HIDEit Mounts will replace units damaged in transit as quickly as possible.

HIDEit Mounts is not liable for damage caused during installation. Be sure to follow our installation instructions in detail.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied and you purchased directly from HIDEit Mounts, please contact us by email at customerservice@hideitmounts.com to obtain a return authorization.

For requests within 30 days of the original purchase date, HIDEit Mounts will refund the full amount of the purchase price upon receipt of the mount in "like new" condition, in original packaging and free from damage.  For returns older than 30 days, a 20% restocking fee will be charged and the total refund will be 80% of the product purchase price. 

If the mount is received and is NOT in "like new" condition and/or not in original packaging, we will refund 50% of the purchase price.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.  We ask that all returns are sent with tracking so that you can verify delivery.  Please provide tracking information to HIDEit Mounts upon completing return shipping.

Please allow 2 weeks from return delivery date for refunds to be processed.
